I am a 2016 graduate of Wheaton College with a B.A. in Elementary Education and Spanish, as well as endorsements in ESL and Bilingual Education.
Experience
Through studying Education, I have had many experiences with students of all ages. I have done one-on-one elementary tutoring with students from 1st-6th grade. I also completed my student teaching in a bilingual (Spanish-English) Kindergarten classroom. Through extensive Spanish language study, I have gained experience with both the grammar and technicalities of the language, as well as its communicative purposes. I tutored adults in English during my study-abroad experience in Costa Rica, and I currently teach an extracurricular Spanish club for elementary students.
